About AMAS

What we do

Asset Management & Association Services, Inc. (AMAS) is a not-for-profit full service association management company that provides complete support for all activities required to effectively operate a not-for-profit association. AMAS specializes in the real estate industry and currently provides service to eight REALTOR® associations, one Educational Foundation and one statewide real estate designation chapter. AMAS currently has 31 full time personnel and 3 part time personnel with a combined total of nearly 200 years of REALTOR® association experience. The average tenure of our employees is ten years and their knowledge of the REALTOR® organization and their commitment to excellence is unprecedented. The AMAS Officers each maintain the RCE Designation through the National Association of REALTORS® and several of the association clients, as well as employees have been recognized with local, state and national awards.

The AMAS team offers expertise in the many facets of nonprofit organization management for trade associations and professional societies and is proud of the strong and successful relationships established between our professional staff and the REALTOR® volunteer leadership in Georgia.

AMAS has experienced personnel providing a high level of service in the following areas: Accounting, Committee management, Communications, Education, Events, Governmental Affairs, Membership, Professional Standards, and Technology. Working with volunteers and associations provides a unique set of challenges in the nonprofit world. Our employee team has tremendous experience working in this environment and understands the important collaboration that takes place between members, committee chairs, association directors, leadership and the association staff.

Our staff attends national and state conferences to learn from the finest association executives across the country, including: NAR Association Executives Institute, NAR Governmental Affairs Institute, GAR Annual Association Executive Conference, RAMCON, Southeast AE Idea Exchange, as well as other trade and technology conferences.
